The company is engaged in the trading and brokerage of a wide range of goods, both within Switzerland and internationally. This includes, but is not limited to, the import, export, transit, and distribution of products across various sectors. Furthermore, the company may engage in the financing and co-financing of commercial transactions, including the structuring of complex trade finance solutions.

The company may acquire, sell, lease, manage, and hold real estate and immovable property of all kinds—residential, commercial, and mixed-use—both in Switzerland and abroad. This includes ownership of condominium units, either individually or within the scope of larger developments.

In addition, the company may plan, oversee, and execute construction projects and contracts abroad, either independently or in cooperation with strategic partners, including public and private sector entities.

The company is also authorized to acquire, register, manage, license, and sell intellectual property rights of all categories, including but not limited to trademarks, patents, copyrights, and trade secrets, on a global scale.

It may further engage in the trading of financial instruments—including securities, foreign currencies, and precious metals—for its own account and in accordance with regulatory frameworks.

Finally, the company may carry out all commercial, financial, and other activities that are directly or indirectly related to its purpose, as specified in its Articles of Association.
